I stayed at Valens Hotel for a few nights for business purposes. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city. The staff, especially Mr. Murat, was incredibly helpful and polite. The hotel is newly renovated and they are doing their best to become one of the best hotels in Aksaray. The cooperation of the staff, Ms. Gul and Mr. Hussein, was commendable. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs, including a room upgrade and early check-in and late check-out. The hotel itself felt safe and secure, perfect for families. The room was comfortable and the terrace was excellent. the staff was friendly and the service was great.
